Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using V.Vegas Casino. By creating an account or placing a wager, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing V.Vegas Casino, registering an account, or using the platform for any purpose, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be fully bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and V.Vegas.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account. Continued use of V.Vegas following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated version.

Age Requirements and Verification

To register and play at V.Vegas Casino, you must satisfy all of the following requirements without exception. We take our obligations under the Curaçao gaming licence very seriously and enforce rigorous verification procedures.

  • You are at least 19 years of age, or have reached the minimum legal age required by the laws of your jurisdiction — whichever age is higher applies.
  • You are not resident in, nor physically located within, any of the restricted jurisdictions listed in Section 5.
  • You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
  • You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of a V.Vegas employee.

Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited. We employ automated and manual age verification systems to detect any attempts by underage individuals to gamble. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

V.Vegas operates under a licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board. We conduct identity and age verification as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit documentation at any point during the lifetime of your account, including prior to the processing of any withdrawals.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account at V.Vegas. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity, or sharing accounts within the same household, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and the potential forfeiture of deposited funds.

  • You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
  • All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date at all times.
  • You are responsible for promptly updating your account details whenever they change.
  • Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Sharing login credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. V.Vegas accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is attributable to inadequate protection of your login credentials.

Player Responsibilities

As a registered player, you assume personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your account. The following obligations apply at all times when using the V.Vegas platform.

  • Keep your login credentials confidential and enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • Do not use the platform for any illegal purpose or any purpose prohibited under these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the platform's games, systems, or software.
  • Do not engage in collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated bonus abuse.
  • Do not use automated programs, bots, or AI-assisted tools to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Gamble responsibly and within your financial means. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.

V.Vegas reserves the right to add or remove jurisdictions from this list at any time in order to maintain compliance with applicable laws and licence conditions. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform is consistent with the laws of their jurisdiction.

Deposits

  • Withdrawals may be delayed until any required KYC or AML verifications have been completed.

  • Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • Bonuses are granted in good faith and may be voided if abuse, manipulation, or bad faith is detected.

Account Suspension and Closure

V.Vegas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms has been established or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect such a breach. The following circumstances may result in account action:

  • Any violation of these Terms, including breaches of eligibility requirements.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, identity theft, or use of stolen payment details.
  • AML concerns, including unusual transaction patterns or failure to provide required documentation.
  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
  • Operating multiple accounts, whether simultaneously or sequentially.
  • Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or any other platform features.
  • Accessing the platform from a restricted territory.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@vvegas.ca. Any active wagering requirements must be met and qualifying withdrawals processed before the account is closed. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, technology, and branding elements available on or through the V.Vegas platform are the exclusive property of V.Vegas or are licensed from our content providers and technology partners. This includes, without limitation:

  • The V.Vegas name and logo, along with all associated trade marks and brand elements.
  • The website design, layout, graphics, user interface, and visual elements.
  • All game software, game logic, animations, and audio from our game providers.
  • Written content, promotional materials, and marketing assets.
  • The underlying platform software, APIs, and proprietary technology systems.

Reproduction is prohibited: Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of V.Vegas intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. This prohibition includes web scraping, data mining, and automated content downloads.

Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence or right to use our intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

V.Vegas provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to deliver a high-quality, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues.

V.Vegas shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

  • Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Internet connectivity issues, hardware failures, or problems with your own device or network.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, or pandemics.
  • Loss or corruption of data, or unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to adequately safeguard your login credentials.
  • Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total cumulative liability of V.Vegas to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your player account at the time the claim arose.

Changes to Terms

V.Vegas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The manner in which players are notified of changes will depend on the nature and materiality of those changes.

  • For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect.
  • Notices of changes will be posted prominently on the V.Vegas website and, where practicable, sent by email to registered players.
  • For minor or administrative changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms — the changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
  • The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent revision to this document.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process

  • Step 1 — Customer Support: All disputes should first be directed to our customer support team at support@vvegas.ca. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
  • Step 2 — Escalation: If a complaint is not resolved to the player's satisfaction by customer support, it may be escalated to our dedicated compliance team, which will conduct a full review within 14 business days.
  • Step 3 — Independent ADR: If the dispute remains unresolved following escalation, you have the right to refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body. Details of our accredited ADR provider are available upon request.
Protection of Your Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your right to bring a claim before a court of competent jurisdiction. The dispute resolution process described above is offered as a faster and more cost-effective alternative to legal proceedings.
