Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms govern all promotional offers, bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and any other incentives provided by V.Vegas Casino. They supplement the general Terms & Conditions and are to be read in conjunction with them. Where there is any conflict, these Bonus Terms take precedence on matters relating to bonuses.

• All bonuses offered by V.Vegas are entirely optional. You are under no obligation to accept or activate any promotion.
• By claiming a bonus or participating in a promotion, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Bonus Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time. Complete or forfeit any current active bonus before claiming a new one.
• The one-bonus rule applies across all promotions and covers one person, one household, one IP address, one shared device, and one email address, unless the offer states otherwise.
• V.Vegas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• All bonuses are subject to the general eligibility requirements in the main Terms & Conditions, including age and jurisdiction requirements.

Eligibility and Participation Conditions

• The offer is available only to new players making their first real-money deposit. It cannot be activated more than once per player.

How Wagering Is Calculated

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. The table below shows the contribution percentage per game category. Games not listed in the table contribute 0%, unless individual promotion terms state otherwise.

V.Vegas reserves the right to amend the game contribution table at any time. Always check the current table before selecting games with an active bonus. Individual promotions may further restrict the list of qualifying games — always review the specific terms for each offer.

While a bonus is active on your account — that is, until all wagering requirements have been met and the bonus has been converted to cash — an absolute maximum applies to all betting activity. This rule ensures that bonuses are used for genuine entertainment and not to exploit the casino's edge through high-value or high-volatility bets.

What Constitutes a Violation

• Any single spin on a slot, round on a table game, or bet in a live casino that totals more than CA$2.
• The use of side bets, optional wagers, or bonus buy features that, in combination with the main bet, exceed the CA$2 limit.
• Deliberately manipulating bet sizes to avoid detection of a maximum bet rule violation.

Consequences of a Violation

• The active bonus will be immediately voided and removed from the account.
• All winnings derived from bets that exceed the maximum bet limit will be invalidated.
• The original deposit balance remains intact and may be withdrawn.
• Repeated or deliberate violations may result in permanent exclusion from promotional participation.

Important Conditions

Cashback Conditions and Eligibility

• Cashback is awarded based on loyalty level — from 3% (Luxor level) to 7% (Vulkan level).
• Cashback is calculated on real-money net losses only. Losses incurred while playing with bonus funds are not included in the calculation.
• Cashback is credited to your account weekly and reflects the qualifying net losses from the previous week.
• The maximum cashback amount is CA$800 per week, regardless of the size of net losses.
• Cashback funds carry a 5x wagering requirement — they must be wagered once before withdrawal and are valid for 5 days.
• Cashback cannot be combined with other active deposit bonuses.

Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made by our compliance team based on a detailed analysis of account data and play history. Players who believe a decision is in error may submit a formal dispute through the standard complaints procedure described in the main Terms & Conditions.

All bonuses and promotional funds at V.Vegas are subject to strict validity periods. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are automatically forfeited by the system. It is the player's responsibility to track and manage the expiry dates of any active bonuses.

Expiry Schedule

• Bonuses credited to your account but not yet activated will automatically expire 30 days after the award date.
• Once activated — defined as the moment the first bet is placed with bonus funds — the active bonus will expire 21 days after the activation date if wagering requirements have not been met.
• Free spins expire 7 days after the award date, regardless of whether they have been used.

The ability to withdraw funds is subject to certain restrictions when a bonus is active on your account. Being aware of these restrictions in advance will help you manage your account balance efficiently and avoid unexpected limits when submitting a withdrawal request.

Withdrawals with an Active Bonus

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn at any point before all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The original deposit amount may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of whether a bonus is active on the account.
• If you choose to withdraw your deposit while a bonus is active and wagering requirements are incomplete, the active bonus and all associated winnings will be automatically forfeited upon processing of the withdrawal.

After Wagering Is Complete

• Upon successfully meeting all wagering requirements within the permitted time window, the bonus balance is automatically converted from bonus funds to cash.
• The maximum withdrawable amount from the converted welcome bonus is capped at the original bonus amount received, up to the stated maximum per offer.
• Any remaining bonus balance that exceeds the withdrawal cap will be removed from the account upon conversion.
• Converted cash funds are subject to the standard withdrawal procedures, including KYC verification and AML checks where applicable.
