Our Commitment to Safe Gambling
V.Vegas holds a valid gaming licence from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence 8048/JAZ. The wellbeing of our players is every bit as important to us as entertainment. Our responsible gambling programme is built on three core pillars: prevention, intervention, and support.
We fund independent research into problem gambling and collaborate with leading organisations to ensure players have access to the best possible help. Our customer service team is trained to recognise signs of problematic gambling behaviour and to proactively respond to concerning signals.
Responsible Gambling Principles
Gambling at V.Vegas should be an enjoyable form of entertainment β not a source of income, a way to solve financial problems, or an escape from stress. Before you start playing, we recommend that you set a budget and stick to it, decide in advance how long you want to play, accept that losses are a normal part of gambling, avoid chasing losses, and take regular breaks.
- Gambling is entertainment, not a financial strategy
- Never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose
- Take breaks β step away from the game when you feel frustrated
- Alcohol and gambling are a risky combination
- Past wins have no influence on future game outcomes
Recognising Problem Gambling
- Spending more time or money gambling than intended
- Gambling to recover previous losses
- Neglecting work, family, or social obligations due to gambling
- Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when not gambling
- Hiding gambling habits from people close to you
- Borrowing money or selling assets to fund gambling
- Unsuccessful attempts to limit or stop gambling
Responsible Gambling Tools
V.Vegas offers a complete set of responsible gambling tools, available at any time in Account Settings under Responsible Gambling. All tools are free and take effect immediately (for limit reductions) or after a 24-hour cooling-off period (for limit increases).
Deposit & Loss Limits
Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits at any time. A reduction to a limit takes effect immediately. An increase to a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before it is activated, to prevent impulsive decisions.
How to set or change limits
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings β Responsible Gambling β Limits
- Choose the limit type and amount
- Confirm β you will receive an email confirmation once the limit has been set
Session Limits & Reality Check
